Suddenly, our two-year-old refrigerator decided to stop working; my wife found this company and scheduled a technician to come over. He showed up a few hours later, evaluated our refrigerator, gave us an idea of the repairs and parts price for approval, and took off with the promise that he would show up the next day to finish the job.
